Owner and founder, Andrea Smith, found her job of helping dental practices reach and exceed their goals had become not just her work, but her passion. The joy in doing what she loved is what lead her to begin her own mentorship and coaching program and so began TS6 Consulting.

Andrea started her career in dentistry in 2002. She enjoys helping practice owners discover opportunities to increase profitability while remaining focused on exceptional patient care.

Utilizing her extensive experience in practice management, operational and hygiene coaching for corporate, group and private practices, she is confident the team at TS6 Consulting can assist you in reaching and exceeding your goals. They will work with you to develop and customize systems and strategies specific to your practice, unlocking opportunities to put your practice on the fast track to success.

Good people are an unstoppable force and we have one of the best! Krista started her career as a clinical hygienist in 2009 after completing her AS Degree in Dental Hygiene and BS Degree in Community Health from MN State University, Mankato and her MSDH from the University of Minnesota in 2018. She has experience working in public health, private & group practices, and instructing in a university setting working with dental, dental therapy, and dental hygiene students.

Krista is extremely passionate about providing exceptional care and education to her patients, students, and clients. She provides a unique process with our clients creating and implementing caries risk assessments, periodontal risk assessments, time management protocols, technique training, education, and effective communication.
