TS6 Consulting believes in the notion that every successful dental practice is built by starting with a strong foundation of trust, communication, systems, and support while having fun along the way. Working with clients throughout the Minneapolis area, it is our mission to support and mentor them in creating security within their team and patients.
Our team has worked for, in and with dental practices of all business models for a combined total of 30 years. We understand what it takes to make a practice successful along with challenges that occur causing instability which can prevent growth & success.
We know this because we have lived it, done it, and it is our passion!
We have had the honor and first hand experience with creating brand new foundations through practice start-ups, rebuilding foundations through practice transitions, and repositioning foundations through practice growth. Our goal is to eliminate challenges, communication barriers, and inefficiencies within your practice by replacing those with opportunities, healthy communication, solid systems, and accountability. Allowing each practice and team member continued growth and success.

Building the Foundation
STEP 1 Complimentary consultation
The first step to our proven process is to sit down with the practice owner(s) for a conversation. We discuss all areas of your practice and review your successes, challenges, and goals. Whether it be a specific area of concern or several, we talk you through it all.
step 2 on-site practice analysis
Our practice analysis typically consists of 1-2 days of on-site observations in your practice. Throughout this time, we are getting to know your team and gain understanding of what processes and systems are in place. Through our observations we can identify what areas and processes are working well for you and there is opportunity for growth. Through several KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) which will be reviewed with you at our follow-up meeting, we will take our observations and create a roadmap specific to your practice’s needs.
step 3 analysis review
After our Practice Analysis is complete, TS6 will review these KPI’s and where your practice is thriving and where there is growth opportunity. We have worked with practice’s that have needed major adjustments and practices that have needed to completely rebuild their foundation. We talk through our recommendations, opportunity for growth and how these enhancements could increase your revenue.

Depending on each client and their specific needs, we create a project plan and timeline that compliments your budget and focuses on reaching your goals.
